April 28 Performance – School-Aged Children Attend FREE
It has been 50 years since the Warren community rallied to ensure that their community was culturally enriched with a professional orchestra and that there was a local means to provide music education to its children and those in surrounding communities. Therefore K-12 students receive FREE admission with a paying, accompanying adult.
“This orchestra truly is about and for the Warren community and the surrounding communities,” says Joyce Russell, Warren Symphony Orchestra’s (WSO) Executive Director. “We always appreciate the support of our patrons, Macomb County residents and corporations and beyond… our performances truly are about unifying people through the beauty of classical music.”
The Orchestra’s final 2023-24 performance is:
Sunday, April 28, 3 p.m.
Beethoven, Symphony No. 5, Tchaikovsky, Piano Concerto No. 1 and Flagetto - Bravado
Warren Woods Community Auditorium - 13400 E 12 Mile Rd, Warren
Tickets can be purchased at www.warrensymphonyorchestra.com or by calling the WSO offices at (586)754-2950.
The Warren Symphony Society, Inc. and its performance arm, Warren Symphony Orchestra (WSO), is a nonprofit, 501 C 3, which supports and advances a professional orchestra for cultural enrichment, entertainment, and youth engagement in this community and beyond.
